Seeking well-qualified Mitigation Coordinator to estimate, schedule, and facilitate construction projects. Projects will include restoration disaster recovery (fire, smoke, wind, water, mold/mildew remediation), new construction (additions, remodel, etc.), historical restoration/preservation, and retrofit projects. Will interact with insurance companies, customers, and vendors and will schedule subcontractors. Will inspect roofs and participate on the emergency on-call schedule. Will ensure that all paperwork is accurate, complete and timely. On-going training/education and certifications available!
Qualifications: Minimum three (3) years trades experience is required. Certifications and/or training in restoration skills (IICRC, etc.) a plus. Experience with Xactimate estimating software preferred (but not required). Basic requirements include current, valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation, diploma or GED, good computer skills, clean background check, possess outstanding interpersonal, communications, organizational, planning and leadership skills.
